Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Director of IT to lead our IT operations, driving efficiency and growth through the integration and implementation of cutting-edge technologies. This strategic leadership role will focus on optimizing MDM/UEM architecture, SaaS application management, and Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions to ensure secure, efficient, and scalable operations. The successful candidate will align technology initiatives with the company’s objectives, utilizing advanced software solutions, hardware, and data-driven insights to support business goals.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategic IT Planning:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with business goals and drives operational efficiency.
  • Identify technological opportunities and implement MDM/UEM solutions such as JAMF, Intune, and Workspace One to enhance device management and security.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends to maintain the company’s competitive advantage.

Process Improvement & Optimization:

  • Conduct in-depth analyses of current operations to identify areas for improvement through technology.
  • Use data-driven insights to streamline workflows, eliminate bottlenecks, and optimize system performance.
  • Implement solutions to manage SaaS applications, ensuring cost-efficiency and enhanced user experience.

Implementation & Integration:

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to assess technology requirements, defining system specifications for seamless integration.
  • Lead the selection, implementation, and integration of software and hardware, ensuring alignment with existing systems and operational goals.
  • Manage Identity & Access Management (IAM) systems like OKTA to ensure secure user provisioning and data protection.

Leadership & Innovation:

  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the IT department.
  • Enhance collaboration between IT and other departments to ensure technology solutions are effectively supported and integrated.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, ensuring favorable terms and staying abreast of emerging technologies.

Security & Compliance:

  • Ensure all technology platforms adhere to SOC2 and other regulatory compliance standards.
  • Safeguard data integrity and security across all IT operations.

Budget & Resource Management:

  • Develop and manage the IT budget, optimizing resources and technology investments.
  • Negotiate and oversee contracts with technology vendors and service providers to ensure cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of proven experience in IT leadership and operations, with a strong focus on process improvement and technology integration.
  • Expertise in MDM/UEM platforms, SaaS management, and IAM (OKTA) systems.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and external partnerships.
  • Deep understanding of IT security, data protection, and compliance standards.
